We use positive reinforcement based methods. The tools we use for training are treats, harnesses, flat collars, long lines, leashes, and clickers.

Our training programs are all online! This means anyone can win a scholarship and participate.

Our client base is primarily online, so we serve folks everywhere. From California to New York to Austria and even India!

We train psychiatric service dogs, gluten detection dogs, medical alert dogs, and mobility dogs.

Service dog training is unique to the individual, but the general range is from 1-2 years. Puppies and dogs with no obedience experience range from 2 years and up.

The pack is run through a private discord server. In addition to all of the step by step classes. Within the pack you will have access to support. Such as weekly study halls , for training accountability. Along with , office hours up to twice daily to ask professional trainers questions. 

Blythe (Bouchard) Neer, the head trainer at Delta Tails LLC, holds her certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA), certified control unleashed instructor (CCUI), Associate Dog Trainer from the IAABC (ADT), Fear Free Trainers Certification, certified trick dog instructor (CTDI), and stunt dog judge (SDJ). She is also a member of the Pet Professional Guild, IAABC,  and has interned under a professional scent trainer for over 300 hours.

We stand out from the crowd because of our methods and focus on the handler/dog relationship. We have modified our training techniques to be successful without using prongs and ecollars, and we pride ourselves on building the relationship between handler and service dog to not need aversive tools. 

We have created a new system for scent detection that prioritizes blind trials to ensure a truly accurate dog regardless of handler bias and body language. We believe this is the best way to train medical alert and allergen detection dogs with reliable results.
